Once approved for the Elovaire Vendor Collective, you will see your listing on the Local Vendor Page within 14 days of approval 

You must send a minimum of five referrals to Elovaire per year in order to stay active on the Elovaire Vendor Collective Page. There is no maximum amount of referrals you can send to Elovaire. 

The best time to book a room block is between 6-9 months before the wedding. At Elovaire, we like to be in touch with the client as soon as they book their venue. The early the wedding couple books, the more they save. 

Yes! If you have a friend or family member getting married or is in need of a room block, we are happy to help! Fill out the referral form as you normally would and send it our way. 

After you send the referral, Elovaire does the rest of the work. We will update you on the status of your referral as much or as little as you would like!

Yes! Elovaire is happy to assist you in booking Corporate Hotel Blocks around the country.

Elovaire works with the chosen hotel to provide booking methods. This is usually a customized URL or code the guests can use to make their reservations. Bookings are not made through Elovaire. 

Yes, we love working with the planners directly on the blocks.
